It is finished and ready to go! Mojo Gumbo has been busy this past November recording a new CD. We are calling it “Under the Influence”. There are 4 covers of songs we really like and 8 songs that we wrote. We recorded it out in Avon at Minor Prophet Studio with our good friend Eddie Praither. It features guest appearances by our buddy Tim Duffy on frottoir, the lovely Penny Phillips on backup vocals and Rick Nicholson and Craig Peterson on trombone, sax and clarinet. The music we wrote was all influenced by the music of New Orleans and Louisiana. There is blues, funk, Zydeco, country, Cajun and all the other flavors of Louisiana music.
